Omission is the first craft beer brand in the United States focused exclusively on brewing great tasting craft beers with traditional beer ingredients, including malted barley, that are specially crafted to be gluten-free. Brewed by Widmer Brothers Brewing in Portland, gluten levels in Omission beers are reduced through a unique brewing process to be well below the widely-accepted international CODEX Standard 118-1981 Standard for Foods for Special Dietary Use for Persons Intolerant to Gluten.
We created this video for Omission to showcase their beer as the beer of summer.
